But Windows in this battle is not with their Windows Phone OS.Its all about patent lawsuits against Android. Google’s recent acquisition of Motorola mobility clearly shows that we can expect some good devices that are very competitive against apple and windows. Major reason for this merger was to protect itself and Android OEMs from the multiple lawsuits filed by Apple and Microsoft.
