I bought my galaxy s2 today,and inserted my Vodafone sim into it..i thought the plan which Vodafone mentioned was activated and started using it but my currency went into negative balance ,can any one help regarding this,and how to avail the plan which Vodafone mentioned for Samsung galaxy s2 customers

Can someone please tell me how to avail the vodafone 3g service on my galaxy s2….the voda ppl have turned out to be really unhelpful.
If it doesn’t get activated automatically you will have to visit Vodafone Store. I visited three times in Vodafone store and then they finally activated the offer last week, they will note down your IMEI and Cell No. and will forward mail futher to activate 3G offer (1GB/Month for 6 month = 6Gb for 6 months).

even me getting the same responce from the customer care…some r saying…we have no detail about this offer….n some r saying its expired……i went to vodaphone store …..n given then teh varios documenys required…n they said you will recieve a call…but it been a weak…..no responce from them…. pls do something…. my number is 9637332273

I got message from Vodafone saying my Galaxy s2 entitled
for free 1GB data transfer.Same is confirmed by Customer Care. Due to same I activated 3G using 102 Coupons. But after 100 MB data usage I am not able to use 3G anymore.
So where is the offer?

I bought the galaxy s2 from mobilestore shop two weeks back and called up Vodafone CustCare imdtly.. they assured me 3G offer will be activated in 48hours.. I waited for TWO weeks and after INFINITE calls to CustCare and EMPTY promises of a callback.. I went to Vodafone Store PORUR to seek resolution..
The custservice officer was not aware of the offer even with so many offer ad’s hanging in his own store.. He told first.. it is only 2g.. then he told me it is valid if only phone bought with vodafone.. After I showed him a pdf from VF website.. He got shocked and promised to activate it in 48hours.. its been 4 days.. I am still waiting.. I cant reach the CustCare number. it seems to be faulty.. doesnt connect to the executive instead the IVR irritates..
Let the VF give it to me in writing that the offer is not valid if bought with other dealers.. I will go to the customer court with the pdf that I have from the official VF websites and the various ad’s in the internet…

I called up vodafone on 111 and the call center excutive mentioned that they dont offer (1GB free for 6 months) for samsung S2. I did mention that I saw this in a newspaper advrt, but they didnt believe me and told me to contact samsung for this
