Back in the day, everyone had their favorite FPS. Some preferred Duke Nukem 3D, others loved Hexen, but I always thought there was something special about Rise of the Triad. I mean, in reality, there wasn’t a whole lot that was unique about ROTT except for the fact that it was the first FPS (that I remember) to incorporate springboards to let you jump, as well as multiple characters with different attributes that made the game different every time you played it. I really liked this! I think that this is one of the best titles available at this time. I sure hope they continue making this series for a long time, I’m hopelessly addicted to this game series.
